Farnaby is a delightful detached house with a cosy 'Cottage-Style' interior, having some lovely pine
features, and a quality 'Victorian' conservatory and a dining area with doors leading to the south facing
walled garden. Located close to Brighton and the South Coast, Keymer village is situated at the foot of the
South Downs and is ideally placed for walking or cycling either on the Downs or in the surrounding
countryside. The Greyhound pub/restaurant is 100 yards from Farnaby, opposite the church. The area has a lot
to offer including a choice of famous houses, castles, and gardens. Locally there are golf courses, horse-racing,
and theatres, and a village cricket ground within half a mile. The pretty village of Ditchling is 1 mile away, or 15 minutes
walk, with its XIII century church of St. Margarets, picturesque village pond, interesting local museum and
choice of three pubs.

Accomodation Details
The accommodation comprises of:
- Four main bedrooms - a double bedroom with shower cubicle,
a twin bedroom, and two single bedrooms, plus a roof room generally considered more suitable for children which
contains two single beds.
- Bathroom with bath and hand held shower, basin and w.c, separate cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin.
- Kitchen with attractive ivory coloured units, quarry tiled floor, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine,
dishwasher, coffee maker, and breakfast table.
- Medium sized sitting room with comfortable seating for 5/6 people, colour TV and DVD, coal-effect gas fire and
adjacent to this room is an open-plan style, exceptionally nice victorian-style conservatory which serves as dining room.
- Outside there is a very attractive garden with a well kept lawn surrounded be pretty flower beds, shrubs
and trees, a patio area with a barbeque and garden furniture.
- Central heating, and ample car parking.

Pricing and Availability
This delightful house is available for holiday, business and conference accommodation letting
during 2008 at the following weekly rates:
£450 - £800 per week
Long term lets are available at negotiable prices.
Easter/May Bank Holiday/Christmas and New Year weeks are subject to a surcharge.
The above rates are fully inclusive of linen and towels, heating and lighting and allow for up to six
people to occupy the property. However extended stays will to subject to an extra charge for gas and electricity.
Additional people will be charged at £25 per person per week. A cot is available free of charge upon request.
A damage/cleaning deposit of £150 is payable direct to the owner upon arrival and will be returned in full
after departure if the property if left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.
Cigarette burns to the carpet will be charged at £100.
