Sleeps up to 10 persons. The ground floor accommodation is arranged as follows: 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, two shower rooms with wc and basin. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite basin and wc. Galley kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, cafetiere. Large south-facing lounge with dining area overlooking garden, with colour TV and DVD. Outside is a large walled garden enclosed by mature trees, patio area, garden furniture. On-street un-restricted parking, close to local shops, take-aways, buses and taxi-rank. WIFI internet available.

Pricing and Availability

Florence Road is available for holiday, business and conference accommodation letting during 2010 at the following weekly rates:
£400 - £900 per week

Lower rates can be negotiated for 1 to 4 person occupation.
Long term lets are available at negotiable prices.


Easter/May Bank Holiday/Christmas and New Year weeks are subject to a surcharge.
The above rates are fully inclusive of linen and towels, heating and lighting and allow for up to six people to occupy the property. However extended stays will to subject to an extra charge for gas and electricity. Additional people will be charged at £25 per person per week. A cot is available free of charge upon request. A damage/cleaning deposit of minimum of £150 is payable direct to the owner upon arrival and will be returned in full after departure if the property if left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage. Cigarette burns to the carpet will be charged at £100.
